Who This Role Is For
- Cleaners currently working — or who have very recently worked — in vacation rental turnover (Airbnb/VRBO) or hotel/resort housekeeping
- People who already know guest-ready standards without being told: bed-making to hospitality spec, bathroom sanitation, kitchen reset, staging, and rapid turnaround between guests
- Cleaners who can walk into a property and run a full turnover checklist independently, day one
Required Qualifications
- Current or very recent (within the last several months) hands-on experience cleaning vacation rentals, hotel rooms, or resort accommodations — not general residential house cleaning
- Demonstrated knowledge of guest-ready turnover standards and pace
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (travel between properties required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Ability to work weekends — peak turnover days in STR
What We're NOT Looking For
- General house cleaners with no vacation rental or hotel experience
- Candidates who haven't actively cleaned rooms in the past several months
- Anyone looking to be trained from scratch
Compensation & Benefits
- Top-tier base pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)
