A great server knows how to engage, read a table’s energy, and curate an experience that keeps people coming back. Core Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and maintain a gracious, welcoming presence throughout service

Master the food and beverage menu to provide thoughtful recommendations and upsells

Personalize each interaction to deliver memorable guest experiences

Execute proper steps of service with professionalism and consistency

Accurately input orders and handle payments using our POS system

Assist in other service areas as needed (e.g. running food, bussing tables)

Maintain deep knowledge of menu ingredients and allergens; communicate effectively with the kitchen team

Fully open and close assigned section and complete all side work

Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management
