Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Maintenance Workers to join our team for 2026 Outdoor Season (through the end of November 2026). The ideal candidates will be responsible for completing general labor projects as assigned such as carpentry, painting, general utility work and outdoor grounds work as well as UPick and Outdoor Event maintenance needs. Outdoor grounds work will include general grounds keeping (including removal of debris, mowing, trimming, edging and weeding). This role involves a variety of tasks that ensure all of the operations within the property are fully functional for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Must be able to lift and/or move a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for operating company vehicles.
