Job Summary
Complete daily assigned charts timely and accurately.
Assigns correct ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes
Assigns correct HCPCS code on all procedures and services performed
Assigns correct CPT code and modifiers on all procedures and services performed
Education & Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Medical Coding Certificate - is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Two years’ experience using ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCs, modifiers or equivalency is required
