The Recruiter / HR Generalist is a full-cycle recruiting and HR operations role supporting all ND Defense sites, working as part of the corporate HR team under the direction of the VP of HR. This role owns company-wide recruiting from requisition through offer, manages the new hire onboarding process, administers the performance management platform, and leads employee appreciation and recognition programs. The role requires strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, comfort working across multiple sites and functions, employee customer service focus, and hands-on proficiency with ADP recruiting and performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting (Full-Cycle)

Managefull-cyclerecruiting for all open requisitions across ND Defense sites, from intake with hiring managers through offer and acceptance.

Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates using ADP Recruiting (ATS) and other sourcing channels.

Partner with hiring managers to buildaccuratejob requisitions, interview panels, and evaluation criteria.

Track requisition status, pipeline health, and time-to-fill, and report progress to the VP of HR.

Ensure recruiting practicescomply withapplicable employment law and, where relevant, defense industry hiring considerations (e.g., ITAR/export control screening coordination with theappropriate compliancefunction).
Onboarding

Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding process for all sites, including offer paperwork,new hire orientation coordination, and first-weeklogistics.

Maintainonboardingchecklists and documentation to ensure a consistent experience across Madison Heights, West Point, and any future sites.
