In-home Stucco Salesperson
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: 1460 N Renaissance Blvd, ABQ, NM 87107
Compensation: Commission + Bonuses
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Stucco Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will build relationships with homeowners and while promoting our stucco products and services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a background in stucco/exterior finishes, and a proven ability to generate and close leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners from preset leads to discuss stucco options and project needs
- Provide accurate estimates, product recommendations, and timelines
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Generate new business through networking and referrals
- Manage the sales pipeline and document activity in CRM or internal systems
- Coordinate with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth transitions
Qualifications
- Experience in stucco, plaster, exterior finishes, or construction sales (preferred)
- Understanding of stucco products, application methods, and industry terminology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Self‑motivated with strong time‑management abilities
- Ability to read basic plans or blueprints (a plus)
- Ability to work Saturdays and Evenings (a must)
