Retail Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $17 - $20 per hour plus commission and bonuses

Iris Incorporation is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, building customer relationships, and growing in a sales-focused environment.
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will help support daily sales goals, connect with customers, explain products and services, and assist with new sales opportunities. We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and ready to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
- Support daily sales goals and customer outreach efforts
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services
- Participate in sales presentations and customer conversations
- Work with the sales team to improve results and meet targets
- Follow up with customers and provide a positive customer experience
- Stay informed about products, services, and sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales role
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work well with a team
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
