Harbor House Collective is a minority owned recreational, vertically integrated marijuana establishment involved in the cultivation, manufacturing, and dispensing of adult-use premium cannabis. HHC is family run, seeking hard-working individuals to join our growing team.
Harbor House Collective is seeking a motivated and reliable General Maintenance & Laborer to support daily operations across our cultivation and production facility. This role will primarily focus on routine maintenance and hands-on tasks within the cultivation department, while also assisting with facility-wide needs. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance in cultivation spaces, including raising and lowering grow lights, adjusting fans, and repairing basic cultivation equipment.
- Assist with small-scale plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment as needed to minimize downtime.
- Support cultivation teams with setup, breakdown, and equipment adjustments.
- Conduct general facility upkeep and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- Assist with labor-intensive projects such as moving equipment, assembling infrastructure, or supporting facility improvements.
- Communicate effectively with cultivation and facilities leadership regarding maintenance needs, repairs, and priorities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience in general maintenance, repair, construction, or related trade.
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be 21 or older and able to pass a background check.
- Comfortable working in a cannabis cultivation environment (humid, varying temperatures, etc.).
- Previous experience in cultivation or greenhouse facilities is a plus but not required.
