Green Monkey Service is hiring a dependable and hardworking Valet Trash Porter for one apartment community in Jacksonville.
No pickup truck is required for this position! We provide a push cart, and all three residential buildings are equipped with elevators, making your route efficient and easy to navigate.
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- 5-Day Service (Wednesday–Sunday)
- 7-Day Service (Higher monthly earnings)
No previous valet trash experience is required—we provide paid training.
Pay
- Earn approximately $1,500–$2,000+ per month
- 7-day routes earn more than 5-day routes
- Paid biweekly
- Paid per route—not by the hour. Most routes take about 2–3 hours to complete.
Schedule Option 1 – 5-Night Route
- Wednesday through Sunday
- Mondays and Tuesdays off
Option 2 – 7-Night Route
- Work every evening
- Higher monthly earnings
Both schedules:
- Start at 7:00 PM
- Typically finished within 2–3 hours
- One apartment community only
What You'll Do
- Collect tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
- Transport trash using the provided push cart to the property's on-site compactor.
- Use our mobile app to document service violations, such as oversized items or trash left outside of service hours.
- Complete your assigned route safely and independently.
What to Expect
This is an active position that keeps you moving while working independently.
The community consists of three residential buildings, and each building has elevators, eliminating the need to carry trash down multiple flights of stairs. A push cart is provided, so no pickup truck or trailer is required.
You'll work outdoors while walking throughout the community, and we provide gloves, personal protective equipment (PPE), and paid training.

Requirements
- No truck required
- Smartphone with internet access
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to the property
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No experience necessary—we'll train you!
