THE ROLE: SERVER
We’re looking for experienced and passionate Servers to join our growing SF team. You’ll bring the energy, hospitality, and attention to detail that defines Jilli’s dining experience — from greeting guests to running food, describing dishes, and creating memorable moments at every table.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver warm, high-energy service throughout each shift
- Confidently guide guests through the menu, making recommendations and sharing the story behind our food and drinks
- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked section
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and team briefings
- Help set up and close down the dining room, bar, and service stations
- Support teammates wherever needed — running food, bussing, hosting — to keep the vibe and flow strong
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume or fast-paced restaurant settings
- Friendly, confident, and great with guests
- Passionate about Korean food, drinks, and culture
- A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Resy or similar reservation systems (a plus)
- Thrive in dynamic, late-night environments
- Reliable, proactive, and always bringing positive energy
OTHER DETAILS
- Base pay: $19.61/hour
- Total pay: with tips, it averages to $50- $60/hour (including tips)
- Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00–10:45 PM
- Expected hours: 36–40 per week
