American Traveler is seeking a travel LVN/LPN for a New Member Desk role in Portland, OR, supporting new member onboarding in a Monday–Friday, daytime outpatient setting.

Outpatient clinic setting focused on new member onboarding and care coordination

Responsibilities center on the New Member Desk department, supporting new patients as they join the health system

Work involves onboarding questionnaires, scheduling PCP appointments, paneling patients to a PCP, and transferring to additional departments such as dental or specialty services

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:15 PM with no weekend or night shifts

8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Uses Epic EMR

Active Oregon LVN/LPN license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)

Active Washington LVN/LPN license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)

All licenses and certifications must be active — pending licensure is not accepted
