Job Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and professionally. This role manages employee schedules, tracks hours worked, maintains accurate financial and supply records, and supports leadership with operational tasks. The Office Manager serves as a central point of coordination for staff, vendors, and patients.
Duties
- Scheduling & Time Management
- Create, update, and maintain employee schedules.
- Track employee hours, attendance, and time‑off requests.
- Ensure accurate reporting for payroll processing.
- Financial & Administrative Duties
- Prepare and make bank deposits.
- Maintain organized financial records and receipts.
- Supply & Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels for office and clinical supplies.
- Place orders, receive shipments, and maintain updated inventory logs.
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or business coursework preferred.
- Prior experience in office administration or management (healthcare setting preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling, record‑keeping, and basic financial tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
