MDS Nurse responsibilities:
- Current RN/LPN License.
- Complete resident assessments in compliance with RAI process.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the residents assessments/care plans.
- Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- The ability to work with residents, family members and staff.
- MDS experience required.
- Working knowledge of the MDS, RAI and 3.0.
