This isn't a repossession position. Your job is to locate vehicles using advanced License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology, document your findings, and provide accurate information to our Recovery Agents. You'll play a critical role behind the scenes by helping our team recover collateral quickly and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Operate a company-provided vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art LPR camera technology.
- Scan and locate vehicles assigned by our lending partners.
- Document vehicle locations with detailed notes and high-quality photos.
- Use smartphones, laptops, and industry-leading software to manage daily assignments.
- Navigate efficiently throughout the Denver Metro area and surrounding cities.
- Communicate with dispatch and teammates while maintaining accurate account updates.
- Organize and track assignments and other recovery software.
- Maintain company equipment and represent Midnight Recovery LLC professionally in the field.
What We're Looking For
- At least 23 years old (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working independently for extended periods
- Strong smartphone, GPS, and Windows computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document information
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
