JOB DESCRIPTION: CLINIC SITE MANAGER
Seeking seasonal/temporary site managers to assist nurses with flu and COVID-19 mass vaccination clinics from September-November 2026. Office is in Edmonds. Clinics are scheduled in King & Snohomish Counties. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Position Title: Clinic Site Manager
Department: Administration
Pay Status: Salary, exempt, temporary, no benefits
Reports to: Clinic Operations Manager
Duration: Seasonal, September through mid-November.
Pay: $7,000.00 per month salary, exempt, no benefits.
Schedule: Weekday and weekend mornings, afternoons and early evenings. Must be available to work weekend clinics.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
Works at assigned vaccination clinic site. May be asked at times to travel to other clinic locations. Mass immunization clinics may be set up either outdoors or indoors. Must provide own transportation with ability to transport supplies. Working hours are normally scheduled between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM weekdays and weekends, but may vary based on needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- The Clinic Site Manager is assigned to scheduled flu vaccination clinic sites primarily in King & Snohomish Counties. Assumes responsibility for daily operations of site.
- Provides coordination, as required, with other organization personnel on-site that are supporting clinic site operations e.g., Public Health Agencies, County and/or City administration and other health care organizations.
- Coordinates with Clinic Operations Manager to determine supply needs for site based on scheduled vaccinations. Performs daily inventory of supplies to ensure nurses will be able to meet scheduled vaccination appointment needs. Responsible for replenishing/requisitioning of supplies as needed. Provides daily report to Clinic Operations Manager regarding site issues and volumes.
- Transports vaccine and other clinic supplies as needed.
- Assists nurses with set up and take down each day.
- Ensures volunteers assigned to location can perform assigned tasks.
- Provides excellent customer service in answering patient, volunteer or nurse questions.
- Promotes awareness and utilization of SVNA services in a positive manner.
- Complies with HIPAA privacy and electronic data security.
- Complies with agency safety expectations and emergency management protocols.
- Demonstrates effective communication and the ability to work professionally, effectively and productively with others.
- May perform other administrative duties as assigned.
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS – Minimum requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to maintain composure in a multi-tasking and at times stressful environment.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Verifiable satisfactory employment history with related skill set.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS – Preferred, but not required.
- Recent experience in healthcare organization.
- Administrative/staffing or supervisory experience in a Public health/outpatient/community health program setting.
