Position Summary
We're looking for the brightest and best Guest Services Agent that retains a friendly, welcoming demeanor, excellent customer service, and that will play a vital part in making our guests’ vacation memorable from registration to checkout.
Job Summary:
Greet all guests and make them feel welcome.
Process check-in/check-out of guests, process any guest credits and/or charges.
Contacting guests and welcoming them upon their arrival and exit.
Act as an advocate for guests during their stay including efficient processing of all guest inquiries and/or complaints to appropriate personnel in order to maintain. the highest level of guest satisfaction during their stay.
Upon request, provide guests with information regarding local activities such as skiing, snowmobile, fishing, dining, hiking etc.
Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, email correspondence, typing, filing, and computer data entry as necessary.
Audit key cards and physical keys daily to make sure they are available for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Availability to work weekends, occasional on call shifts, and holidays in the office as required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work & housing secured in Summit County or surrounding counties.
