Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Replenishment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are fully stocked and organized, providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will play a vital role in inventory management, assisting with product placement, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to ensure product availability.
- Utilize equipment such a Floor Scrubber.
- Organize and maintain product displays to enhance customer visibility and accessibility.
- Sweeping and Mopping floors
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting shoppers in locating products.
- Janitorial responsibilities will be cleaning trash cans and cleaning bathrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required.

- Proficiency janitorial skills is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with shoppers.
- Experience in retail sales or merchandising is beneficial.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
