Duties
Develop engaging visual merchandising displays that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
- Arrange merchandising displays with attention to detail, ensuring they are attractive, functional, and compliant with retail merchandising procedures
- Manage inventory control related to display materials and ensure proper pricing of visual elements
- Collaborate with store teams to implement branding initiatives and promotional campaigns effectively
Experience
- Proven experience in retail store environments with a focus on visual merchandising or display design
- Strong knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, and inventory management procedures
- Experience in fashion retail or related industries is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage store merchandising operations efficiently
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
