Hillsborough BBQ Company is an authentic wood-cooked BBQ restaurant in West Hillsborough. We cook the old-fashioned way, one shovelful at a time of fresh oak and hickory coals. We believe this approach is what makes the difference between good and great BBQ...that, and patience! The team here at HBBQ puts a great deal of care and passion into preparing all of our menu items.
We are now accepting applications for our back of house staff. No previous experience is required but applicant must possess an eye for detail, a positive demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Come join our team! If you prefer, paper applications are available at the restaurant from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday-Friday.
