Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable technician with heavy-duty diesel experience who can diagnose and repair trucks with minimal supervision. If you're looking for steady work, consistent hours, and a shop where your experience is valued, we'd like to talk with you.
We're a locally owned heavy truck repair shop with a supportive, no-drama work environment and steady year-round work.
Pay & Schedule
- $26–$36/hour (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (paid lunch)
- Overtime paid after 8 hours each day
- One Saturday per month (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, all overtime)
- No flat rate – hourly pay you can count on
- Steady, year-round work
Most of our technicians earn $60,000–$80,000+ per year depending on experience and hours worked.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment
- Perform engine, brake, suspension, steering and electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Complete preventative maintenance, inspections and DOT inspections
- Work independently while contributing to a strong team environment
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred
- Ability to diagnose and repair trucks with minimal supervision
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Experience working on heavy-duty trucks and diesel engines
- Valid driver's license (CDL or ability to obtain preferred)
- Own basic mechanic tools
- Reliable, dependable and motivated to produce quality work
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks safely
Qualified applicants will be required to complete a mechanical aptitude assessment as part of the hiring process.
