Job Summary
The Operation / Coach Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating service operations within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, ensuring that all service activities are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage service teams to ensure high-quality delivery of services.
- Oversee project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of service projects.
- Coordinate with Office staff and Management to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Utilize software tools for project documentation and management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites while managing service operations.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and provide guidance on project coordination.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
