About This Opportunity:
InComm InCentives is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager I to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys supporting client relationships, driving operational excellence, and partnering cross-functionally to help deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The Account Manager I will work closely with the Account Management team to support day-to-day account operations, client communications, reporting, project coordination, and strategic initiatives across a portfolio of key accounts.
While the primary focus is supporting strategic accounts and team initiatives, the Account Manager I will also manage a small portfolio of accounts.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and enjoys collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. This position is fully remote, with travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Account Management team across a portfolio of strategic client accounts.

Manage day-to-day support for an assigned set of client accounts.

Coordinate client requests and internal follow-up activities to ensure timely delivery and resolution.

Maintain a high level of responsiveness and customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, business reviews, and other client-facing materials.

Track account performance, deliverables, project milestones, and key initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership and internal stakeholders.

Support implementation activities, product launches, catalog updates, and operational initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Support strategic projects and special assignments as directed by leadership.
Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, operations, project coordination, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated proactivity and responsiveness to internal and external requests.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business recommendations.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Experience creating reports, presentations, and client communications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

eCommerce, incentives, gift card, fintech, or technology industry experience preferred.

Ability to learn new products, technologies, and business processes quickly.
