The Financial Controller plays an important role within the international finance function across EMEA and APAC. Based in London, the role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, controls, tax compliance and finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.
Supporting the International Financial Director by working closely with senior leadership, operational teams and global finance colleagues, the successful candidate will support a robust and scalable finance function whilst assisting with commercial activity, strategic initiatives and ongoing organisational growth. The position combines strong technical accounting expertise with commercial awareness, operational finance experience and the ability to support a fast-paced, deal-oriented international business.
Managing a team of approx. 10, the successful candidate will help maintain financial integrity, support strong internal controls, contribute to the ongoing improvement of reporting processes and ensure compliance with accounting, tax and statutory obligations across the jurisdictions in which the business operates.
This is a broad role requiring someone capable of balancing operational responsibility with a hands-on and pragmatic approach.
