Superintendent of Construction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of construction processes, including plans, drawings, and specifications.
Qualities
- 3-5 years of high end commercial construction experience required
- Learning and growth mindset

Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site(s), ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with field members, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Review drawings and plans to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare reports on project status, including any issues or delays that may arise.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations for workplace safety.
Skills
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Strong budgeting skills to manage project costs effectively.
