Guy Fieri’s Mt. Pocono Kitchen in Mount Airy Casino is interviewing candidates for the Sous Chef. Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line, Sautee and grill.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in full service, 3 meal period restaurant is desired

Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Executive Chef
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
- Assisting with daily/monthly inventory counts
- Assisting with daily ordering
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service
- Communicates in a positive professional manner
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
