As an AT&T Entry Level Associate, your sales training highlights the peace of mind that comes with backup connectivity, included free when you combine qualifying services. You'll learn how this keeps customers connected even if their primary connection goes down. The AT&T Entry-level Associate meets with our customers who value reliability, shows them how AT&T has them covered, and guides them toward the right plan.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Entry Level Associate
- Initiate friendly sales conversations to showcase AT&T Fiber's ultra-reliable, high-speed internet that transforms how our customers stay connected and entertained.
- Perform essential sales duties as an AT&T Entry Level Associate by assessing needs and matching customers with the best AT&T Fiber plans.
- Guide our customers through the full account setup process to make switching to AT&T Fiber simple and stress-free.
- Enhance customer accounts by suggesting practical AT&T Fiber upgrades that deliver noticeably faster, more stable internet.
- Ensure positive first experiences with hands-on support during AT&T Fiber activations and initial service guidance.
- Strengthen new customer relationships with timely follow-ups focused on AT&T Fiber performance and satisfaction.
Qualifications of the AT&T Entry Level Associate
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
