We are looking for an exceptional Dental Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator who is organized, warm, intelligent, accountable, and excited to help a growing private practice thrive.
About the Role
This is not just a front desk position. We are looking for someone who can help lead the flow of the office, protect the schedule, support patients, coordinate treatment, and help the practice grow with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, professional, high-end patient experience
- Manage the doctor and hygiene schedules
- Help keep hygiene consistently full
- Present and follow up on treatment plans
- Explain insurance, fees, and financial expectations clearly
- Verify insurance accurately and update patient information properly
- Support recare, reviews, confirmations, and patient follow-ups
- Help lead the team and keep the office organized
- Identify problems early and bring solutions
Ideal Candidate

Compensation
$40–$43/hour, based on experience and fit.
