Core Duties

Weekly earnings of $2,100 or more, paid out every week, featuring high-quality equipment and consistent team-based routes.

Compensation structure includes pay for mileage, stops, drops, and per diem.

Manage a dedicated team lane traveling between Wichita, TX and Whitehall, MI twice weekly, covering an average of 4,400 miles.

Drive automatic sleeper cabs pulling 53-foot dry van trailers to transport aerospace components.

Use electric pallet jacks to help streamline the unloading process at various customer sites.

Follow a reliable schedule with options to work either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.

Help maintain a safe working environment by keeping precise logs, managing paperwork, and strictly adhering to all DOT regulations.

Support high-quality service standards by collaborating effectively with a co-driver to ensure all dedicated runs are completed on time.
Candidate Qualifications

Possession of a current Class A CDL.

At least two years of verifiable experience operating a commercial vehicle.

Minimum age requirement of 23 years.

Prior experience working in a team driving environment is preferred, though a willingness to adapt to team operations is acceptable.

Proficiency in handling automatic sleeper tractors and 53-foot dry van equipment.

Familiarity with electric pallet jack operation is considered an asset.

Capacity to remain on the road for dedicated OTR team assignments while keeping a flexible schedule.

Must successfully complete a DOT physical, drug screening, background check, and MVR assessment.
