Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and possess excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize hotel profitability
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals
- Foster positive guest relations and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Conduct night audits and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist international guests effectively
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field
- Proficient in customer service, phone etiquette, and guest relations
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
