Ocean Sushi & Ramen is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our Front of House Support Team.
This position combines the responsibilities of a Food Runner and Busser and plays an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You'll work closely with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure guests receive excellent service and that the dining room stays clean, organized, and ready for service.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and gaining experience in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
- Learn table and seat numbers to ensure orders are delivered correctly
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing plates, and helping guests when needed
- Buss, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, patio, service stations, and restrooms
- Assist with takeout and delivery orders by organizing, packaging, and distributing orders
- Communicate with kitchen staff and managers to help keep service running smoothly
- Complete opening, running side work, and closing duties
- Take out trash, restock supplies, and help wherever needed during the shift
Requirements:

- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the shift
- Weekend availability required
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required
