Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to nursing staff and assist patients in their daily activities, ensuring a high standard of care. This role is critical in maintaining the well-being of patients in various settings, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, and trauma centers.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Help patients with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans for patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Previous experience working with children is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical-surgical environments or hospital medicine is beneficial.
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is advantageous.
- Experience in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in both inpatient settings and assisted living facilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent training is required.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
