Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant (PT/PTA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver expert rehabilitative care tailored to each patient’s unique needs, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their health goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in various environments, including outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on thorough patient assessments.
- Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and trigger point therapy to promote healing and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, pain management techniques, and physiotherapy exercises.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support patients across various age groups including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adults in inpatient, outpatient, home health, or skilled nursing environments.
Requirements
- Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant in the relevant state.
- Proven experience in physiotherapy with a focus on orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, or outpatient care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with trigger point therapy and other manual therapy skills.
- Ability to work effectively in inpatient settings or skilled nursing facilities; home health experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Pay: $38.00 - $140.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
