Responsibilities of Equipment Manager
- Ensure Client, State, Federal, DOT compliance
- Equipment Maintenance: Protocols, Review Shop Managers mechanic schedules & efficiency, Strategize with dispatcher on demands
- Cost analysis of equipment’s life
- Maintain Rental Options & Purchase Orders
- Ability to run reports and analyze data
Qualifications of Equipment Manager
- 5+ years equipment/fleet management experience in construction - required
- Experience and familiarity with Heavy Equipment & Trucks, Excavators, Loader, Backhoes, etc, Diesel Trucks, Mack, Kenworth, Freightliner, etc.
- Tech Savvy
- Must know Basic Microsoft Products – Word, Excel, Outlook
- should be familiar with GPS based fleet Software - Tenna etc
