Skills / Requirements:
- Proven leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team

Experience in optometry, healthcare, or medical office management is strongly preferred, but not required.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- Management experience: 2 years (REQUIRED)
- Sales of High End Retail experience: 1 year (Preferred)
