Compensation Analyst
Location: Remote working PST hours
Duration: Contract through 2026 with potential for extension
Pay: $50–55/hour

Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to support its Hourly Production Compensation team on a contract basis. This role is responsible for evaluating and pricing hourly production positions across the organization, partnering closely with HR teams and operational leaders to ensure jobs are appropriately evaluated and competitively compensated.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in compensation, particularly job evaluation and market pricing, and experience collaborating with HR and business leaders within a large, complex organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and price hourly production positions across the organization.
- Partner with HR teams and operational management to develop and validate compensation recommendations.
- Establish and maintain compensation practices for hourly production job evaluation and pricing.
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Provide compensation guidance and recommendations aligned with company policies and business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support compensation-related initiatives and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate compensation documentation and ensure consistency in job evaluation practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compensation-focused role within an organization of 1,000+ employees.
- Demonstrated experience conducting job evaluations and partnering with HR and management to develop compensation pricing.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience following completion of a bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a compensation-focused role within an organization of 5,000+ employees.
- Experience supporting compensation programs in manufacturing or production environments.
- Knowledge of compensation best practices, job evaluation methodologies, and salary administration.
