Doctors of Waikiki, a state-of-the-art walk-in clinic located in the heart of Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Urgent Care Physician (MD or DO) to join our established practice. Operating out of the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, we provide high-quality medical care to both local residents and global visitors. In this role, you will be backed by a strong, multilingual administrative and clinical support staff (including MAs and NAs) to maintain efficient triage workflows in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Patient Care: Provide rapid clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute illnesses, minor surgeries, lacerations, and injuries.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize our on-site state-of-the-art laboratory and digital X-ray imaging systems for swift results.
- Staff Collaboration: Guide and collaborate with our on-site Medical Assistants (MAs) and Nursing Assistants (NAs) to optimize patient volume management.
- Documentation: Accurately update Electronic Health Records (EHR) and ensure tight coordination of patient files.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Licensure: Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
- State Status: Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Hawaii.
- Credentials: Current, unrestricted DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification.
- Assets: Fluency or proficiency in a second language (such as Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or Spanish) is highly desirable due to our diverse patient base, though not required.
Schedule & Operational Hours:
- Clinic Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM – 9:30 PM (including holidays)
- Flexible shifting options available (Full-time or Part-time tracks)

Pay: $53,957.61 - $64,981.21 per year
