In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care and companionship that supports residents in living safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Your attentiveness and compassion will help create a warm and supportive environment where every resident feels valued.
- Provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individualized care plans.

Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, needs, or routines to support updates to their Resident Care Plans.

Encourage and support resident participation in community programs and activities.

Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment.

Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care and support.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Current CNA certification or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required in some cases depending on role requirements.
