We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through targeted outreach face-to-face, leveraging tools such as Salesforce and CRM software to track engagement and progress
- Engage with prospective clients face-to-face to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through deal closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients into our services
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status to ensure client satisfaction
Business Development Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in business development management or sales roles with a focus on prospecting, deal closing, and client relationship management (preferred not required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software, Salesforce Cloud products, and other CRM tools used for customer relationship management
- Experience in sales negotiation, strategic management, and customer engagement across diverse industries is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent **Required**
