Fulfillment Operator
Location: Zip 77066
Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Fulfillment Operator with a mechanical background to join our high-standard production team. The ideal candidate is an autonomous worker skilled in light assembly and routine troubleshooting, capable of maintaining smooth plant operations with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging & Line Setup: Set up equipment, regulate conveyor speeds, manage fill spouts, and prepare packaging to exact work order specs.
- Assembly & Troubleshooting: Perform light assembly and use low- to mid-range mechanical troubleshooting skills to fix minor line issues and minimize downtime.
- Quality & Weight Control: Perform visual checks for debris/discoloration, monitor precise container weights, and submit lab samples upon request.
- Sealing & Inventory: Seal, label, and log shipments with accurate lot numbers and dates while tracking packaging inventory levels.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Certification: Active Forklift Certification required.
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with basic assembly and equipment troubleshooting experience.
- Work Style: Proven autonomous worker who thrives independently with minimal supervision while following directions accurately.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for 10-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs. independently (up to 96 lbs. team lift), and maintain excellent manual dexterity.
