This is a part time job with flexible scheduling and time off. Expect anywhere from 2-4 shifts per week or more with events. If you have serving experience you may qualify for more shifts.

We are looking for:
- Someone with 3+ years of bartending and restaurant experience who can be expected to handle upwards of 12 bar stools at one time and make classic and house-infused drink tickets for both inside and outside. Aproximately up to 100 guests. No pressure lol, but don't worry we got each other's backs.
- Someone who can follow drink recipes but also cater drinks to the customers needs.
- Someone who can operate a POS system with ease.
- Someone who is ready to take on a fast-paced environment and build their own paycheck while giving top-notch service to the community.
- Bonus points for serving and event experience.
- Lakely Bartenders are able to be a part of our craft cocktail program and even design an original drink on the menu.
We are transparent about pay structures at the Lakely. Bartenders take cash tips home but payout BOH 5% of their total food sales. Bartenders are also tipped out 5% of all drink sales for the whole restaurant and are divded between the number of bartenders and hours worked.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
