Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, nurturing leads through warm calling techniques and effective communication.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with confidence, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering technical insights, and guiding clients through our program features.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-up actions, and sales progress to ensure seamless workflow and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a confident phone presence and persuasive communication abilities.
- Familiarity with business to consumer sales processes, CRM software and outbound calling techniques.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Fluency in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Pay: $20.00 - $29.82 per hour
