Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and clinically strong nurses who want a meaningful role in a consistent, team-based setting.
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Full-time positions available with consistent scheduling
Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Complete nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
Supervise CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance (CMS/state standards)
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall quality of life
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (Required)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment
Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred, not required
