SRS Fleet Services is actively recruiting dependable independent contractor (1099) delivery drivers to support growing e-commerce, retail, and commercial delivery contracts throughout Georgia.
We're building a professional network of drivers using their own vehicles to complete last-mile delivery routes for our carrier partners. Whether you drive a car, SUV, pickup truck, cargo van, sprinter van, or box truck, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned routes from local warehouses or distribution centers.
- Deliver packages safely and professionally.
- Use a smartphone app to scan packages and complete proof of delivery.
- Follow delivery instructions and maintain excellent customer service.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route status or delivery issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Current vehicle registration.
- Current automobile insurance.
- Smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Ability to lift packages as required.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and <PERSON> drivers, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices
- Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques, forklifts, or pallet jacks while maintaining proper weight handling procedures
- Execute route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules, ensuring timely arrivals at each destination
- Deliver packages directly to customers’ doorsteps with professionalism and excellent customer service skills
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws
- Accurately document deliveries, obtain signatures when required, and manage delivery logs diligently
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving stock, organizing inventory, and supporting loading operations when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with warehouse experience or commercial driving background
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or vehicles with manual transmission is highly desirable
- Knowledge of DOT regulations related to weight handling in the workplace and safe lifting practices
- Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly while maintaining proper manual handling techniques
- Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and moving goods efficiently within warehouse environments
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus but not required; training will be provided if necessary
