Host Position
Our mission is to set the tone for a memorable experience, and thank departing guests - all while managing a reservation/waitlist, organizing the dining room, filling waters and clearing tables when time allows while communicating effectively with the floor staff and managers.
Typical weekday shift is from 4p-12a, while weekends are from 4p-2a. We do offer and pay for direct primary health care through plum health for all employees working full time (30 hours or more).

Standby opened in the winter of 2015 with 50 original cocktails utilizing modern techniques with the classics in mind. We are a very high-energy cocktail bar and restaurant with the only "rule" for our guests being we work hard to create a safe and inclusive space for both our guests and our employees and don't tolerate anything that jeopardizes that.
