· Provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment
· Assist families in developing triggers, resources, supports for families.
· Assist families in developing plans needed to target behaviors.
· Provide Parent Family Interventions;
· Participate in quality management activities as needed;
· Attend clinical teams, staff meeting, and staff training activities weekly as required by agency
· Ensure accurate and timely documentation;
· Assistance in the gathering of information for the assessment and reassessment process lead by the LMHP.
· Assistance in the development of treatment plans lead by the LMHP.
Complete all required CEU’s required by DMH and PPBH
· and/or caregiver.
· Ability to work as a team member;
· Ability to forge mutually respectful partnerships with the individuals served, other staff members, representatives of other agencies and organizations and others with whom he or she comes into contact;
· Understanding of the role cultural identity plays in motivating human behavior, and work in a culturally competent manner with individuals from a variety of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds
· Professional appearance and behavior including, but not limited to reporting to work at the scheduled time, working as scheduled and seldom being absent from work;
· Written and oral communication skills;
· Computer skills;
· Ability to maintain confidentiality;
· Positive attitude;
· Ability to work flexible hours;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Experience:
- Home Health Care with a Bachelor degree: 1 year (Preferred)
