A qualified candidate must have 5 – 7 years of experience in a variety of project types and posses a BSCE. A professional civil engineering license in the State of California is highly desired. Experience must include independent preparation and processing of public grading and improvement plans, storm drain systems design, water and sewer systems design, detention basin design, hydro-modification (HMP) design, water quality/BMP design, technical studies/reports, and site plan design. ACAD Civil 3D experience is required and NPDES experience is desirable.
