We are hiring a Water Mitigation Technician in Converse, TX. Pay is $22 to $30 per hour depending on experience, and we need someone with at least 3 years in water mitigation and IICRC WTR-ASD certification. You will be one of the first people through the door after a loss, reading the damage and setting the drying plan.

- We have served San Antonio for close to a decade and are opening up the Austin market.
- We are building out our water mitigation division, and this role is part of that build.
- We put real hours into community work, including animal shelters and play sets for kids who need them.
What You Will Do Each Day
- Scope, document, contract, execute, and collect on mitigation jobs.
- Visit new assignments and walk customers through what happens next.
- Evaluate affected materials and contents to decide what can be saved.
- Handle setup and demolition work.
- Complete documentation for each loss and keep supervisors in the loop.
- Keep your van stocked and your tools and supplies accounted for.
