This full-time Dealer & Wholesale Account Manager entails marketing, customer service, B2B sales, and the daily duties that go along with an effective dealer & wholesale account manager position.
This is a mid level position with excellent opportunities for advancement in the company. You will be responsible for the general oversight, direction and guidance of all aspects and efforts relating to Dealer & Wholesale Accounts. The Dealer & Wholesale Account Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the overall success and achievement of established company sales and marketing goals, and a world-class customer service experience that fosters loyalty to the AAM Competition brand.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- 3+ years general sales experience
- 3+ years general marketing experience
- Understanding of the concept of CRM software or ability to learn (such as ACT! / Salesforce or similar CRM software suite)
- POS / order entry system (such as Quick Books, ability to learn)
- A thorough knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry
