What you'll be doing
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and field operations
- Work closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and help develop the next generation of project leaders
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience delivering ground-up and/or complex renovation projects
- Strong financial, scheduling, and client management skills
- Experience within commercial, multifamily, healthcare, institutional, life sciences, or similar markets
- Someone looking for a long-term home rather than their next project

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
