About The Roof Panda
The Roof Panda is a growing Tampa-based roofing company built on quality craftsmanship and strong customer relationships. As we grow, we're looking for an experienced leader to take the reins of our production operations.
The Role
We need someone to run the show. This is a senior oversight role for a seasoned roofing professional who can own the production side of the business — making sure crews are doing what they're supposed to, quality is on point, and every job is aligned from start to finish. You'll be the person things run through, freeing up leadership to focus on growth.
What you'll do:
- Oversee day-to-day roofing production and keep every project aligned and on schedule
- Manage and hold crews accountable — make sure they're doing what they're supposed to, the right way
- Conduct inspections and sign off on completed work
- Approve work and ensure it meets quality and code standards
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and manpower across multiple jobs
- Be the central point of accountability for production
What we're looking for:
- Established background in roofing (required — this is not an entry-level role)
- Proven experience overseeing crews and running roofing production
- Authority and confidence to inspect, approve, and sign off on work
- Highly intelligent, organized, and a natural leader who can run operations independently
- Strong communication skills with crews, office staff, and customers
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
